Our department is proud to have helped Alameda County win two Government Experience Project Awards presented by the Center for Digital Government. We partnered with our Auditor-Controller Agency to provide virtual marriage ceremonies and to develop the Property Tax Refunds Tracking System. The awards recognize the achievements and best practices of states, cities and counties that are radically improving the experience of government and pushing the boundaries of how citizen services are delivered.
